  Skills Assessment

  One thing that you and your manager need to do as soon as possible is to complete the Skills Inventory. The details of how to do this are included in the documents below. Completing the Skills Inventory will help you to decide which of the additional Skills Modules are appropriate for you.

  • FLM - Skills Inventory Delegate File

    This is the Skills Inventory for you to complete. Once completed, book a meeting with your manager so you can discuss your answers.

  • FLM - Skills Inventory Manager File

    This is the Skills Inventory for your manager to complete about you. They also need to bring it to your meeting.
